Pursuant to CRS 38-33.3-209.4(2), the LECVHOA provides the following information:
- The annual fiscal year for the LECVHOA runs from July 1 to June 30
- The operating budget for the current fiscal year of the LECVHOA is located on the LECVHOA website in the "Owners" section under "Financial Statements."
- The LECVHOA’s assessment per unit of membership is $1000 per quarter for the FY 2024-2025. There are no other general assessments or special assessments in place at this time.
- The LECVHOA annual financial statements, which show the reserves of the Association, are maintained on the LECVHOA website in the "Owners" section under "Financial Statements."
- The most recent LECVHOA audit is available on the LECVHOA website in the "Owners" section under "Financial Statements."
- A list of the association insurance policies is available on the LECVHOA website in the "Information" section under "Insurance and Summary."
- The LECVHOA Articles of Incorporation, the amendments thereto, and the current bylaws, rules and regulations of the Association, are available on the LECVHOA website under the "Documents" section.
- The minutes of the Board of Trustees meetings and the Annual Meeting are available on the LECVHOA website under the "Meetings" section.
- The LECVHOA Responsible Governance Policies are available on the LECVHOA website under the "Documents" section.
