Little Elk Creek Village Home Owners’ Association Financial Disclosures required by CRS 38-33.3-209.4(2) For fiscal year 2024-2025

Pursuant to CRS 38-33.3-209.4(2), the LECVHOA provides the following information:

  1. The annual fiscal year for the LECVHOA runs from July 1 to June 30
  2. The operating budget for the current fiscal year of the LECVHOA is located on the LECVHOA website in the "Owners" section under "Financial Statements."
  3. The LECVHOA’s assessment per unit of membership is $1000 per quarter for the FY 2024-2025. There are no other general assessments or special assessments in place at this time.
  4. The LECVHOA annual financial statements, which show the reserves of the Association, are maintained on the LECVHOA website in the "Owners" section under "Financial Statements."
  5. The most recent LECVHOA audit is available on the LECVHOA website in the "Owners" section under "Financial Statements."
  6. A list of the association insurance policies is available on the LECVHOA website in the "Information" section under "Insurance and Summary."
  7. The LECVHOA Articles of Incorporation, the amendments thereto, and the current bylaws, rules and regulations of the Association, are available on the LECVHOA website under the "Documents" section.
  8. The minutes of the Board of Trustees meetings and the Annual Meeting are available on the LECVHOA website under the "Meetings" section.
